About the role The IT Business Analyst is a driver of continued growth and success. With a commitment to innovation, this role will seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

Tasked with optimizing user experience, the IT Business Analyst will analyse system requirements, address any relevant problems, make recommendations, and help design solutions to improve our overall IT landscape, systems and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:  Liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders across Mamre to examine and evaluate current business systems and identify new system requirementsConduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for various applications used by our business unitsAnalyse application functionalities and document high-level processes.Identify and map application integration touchpointsCollaborate with application vendors, business subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT SMEs to ensure effective communication and alignmentCoordination/management of small/medium projects under the guidance of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)Align business systems with improved business processes without over-leveraging technical debtManage current IT contracts including MSP, telephony and vendorsDevelop and manage the IT and Telecommunications operational and capital budgetsDrive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time dataExpertise in D365, PowerApps and SharePointBe the conduit for IT Success within MamreProvide appropriate training to staff in all business and system processes and communicate with users to understand their additional requirements and needsQualifications: A degree in Computer Science or relevant fieldMore than 5 years' experience as an IT Business/System analyst within a technical landscapeDemonstrated success leading IT system projects via appropriate project methodologiesSolid knowledge of business information systems and experience in Change managementDemonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation, and decision-making skillsExperience with Microsoft products include Dynamics/Power BI, PowerApps and SharePointExperience in Employment Hero system and Hero Pay highly desirableCurrent Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to obtainNDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate What we can offer you:  An opportunity to give back to the community while utilising your skillsAn attractive remuneration package, including Salary Packaging - save up to $15,900 per year tax-free!In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.)Apply now To find out more about who we are and to view the Position Description, visit www.mamre.org.au .
