Job Description Technical Adaptability: Quickly grasp technical aspects of Cemimax's products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Territory Management: Efficiently manage Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast territories, ready to expand coverage as business grows. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with builders, contractors, and retail store owners to understand their needs and drive revenue growth. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement a robust strategy focused on customer acquisition and retention, leveraging social media and tools like EstimateOne for tendered projects. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to differentiate Cemimax's product offerings and innovation. Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory, contributing to overall business success. The Successful Applicant Flooring Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise in flooring products and processes, particularly in levelling compounds, primers, moisture vapor retarders, and patching compounds, is highly desirable. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects of Cemimax's products, including self-leveling compounds and floor adhesives, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Proactive Customer Engagement: Proven ability to proactively engage with customers, including builders, contractors, and retail store owners, to understand their needs and drive revenue growth. Sales Achievement: Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within assigned territories, preferably in the flooring industry. Adaptability to New Products: Willingness to learn about and promote Cemimax's new product launches, leveraging their unique features to drive customer interest and sales. Collaborative Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align strategies and support overall business objectives, while leveraging flooring industry knowledge.
