Job Description:
Terex is seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a member of our call center team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers.3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Strong planning and strategic planning skills.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
