We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team at Costco in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information about products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs- Driven and independent personality traits- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
