Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Marsh & McLennan in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable records- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing- Follow up with customers on payment statuses- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial processes- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Previous leadership experience is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
