About the Job "Data, Technology & Delivery are accountable for planning and preparing the organisation for the future through strategic technology innovation as well as charting our business strategy and executing for today and tomorrow" In this 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and reporting to the Practice Delivery Manager - Project Management, the Project Coordinator works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organisational projects efficiently.

Role Responsibilities  Co-ordinating meetings, booking rooms and organising workshops between the various entities, including venues and agendas, collating materials, and noting actions and minutes. Creation of standard reporting packs for Steering committees and Sponsor meetings and EC working group, supported by the Delivery Leads and Portfolio Managers. Assist with the co-ordination of the stream leads to ensure all weekly reporting is completed. Assist with program tracking (deliverables & milestones) and maintenance of project plans. Drive the weekly plan, activities and keeping Confluence(tracking tool) up to date. Managing the flow of invoices between the entities for project resource and expenses. Managing the flow of Statements of Work (including DEFs). Reporting against risk assurance plan and management of critical deliverables (RAID Management). Ensure budget vs actual financial reporting and forecasting. Ensure all documents are uploaded to a document repository (DON or Teams). Ensure all decisions are logged and tracked. Ensure program & projects are adhering to governance activities (Delivery Checklist & Gates). Assist project team member in tracking and completing actions. Assist Program Manager & Project Managers with resource scheduling (include onboarding & offboarding activities). Undertaking small delivery activities (discretion of the Portfolio Manager &/or Program Manager). Qualifications Required qualifications , experience, understanding or credentials including: Tertiary education in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience Investment management or superannuation experience desirable Demonstrated administrative background in a fast-paced environment Prior project co-ordination experience required  Superior attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills Experience meeting hard deadlines Proficient in the use of MS office Well-developed project-solving skills Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously Additional Information Benefits Our benefits have been designed so you can tailor your experience with us and include:
