Position Overview A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Social Media & Content Executive to join the State Buildings with a focus on cultivating the perception of our collection of brands spanning hospitality, food & beverage, retail and tourism.

You will be ambitious and hands-on with an exceptional taste level and at least two years' experience in a similar role. This role suits a proactive type with a strong passion for premium hospitality brands and experiences, who is motivated to deliver creative excellence across a range of channels and brands.

A portfolio showcasing a range of high calibre social media and content work is essential.

The Brand Underpinned by its polish and understated grandeur, for nearly a decade the State Buildings cultural precinct has connected health, wellness and luxury accommodation with the best in dining and retail.

Responsibilities Social Media and content review and recommendation upon commencement

Creation and leadership of resulting cross-channel content plan

Scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting multiple social media channels and digital channels including website content and written collateral content - pending candidate.

Ability to respond to business needs with targeted content ideas and campaigns.

Community management in line with brand guidelines.

Keeping abreast of latest social trends and adjusting the approach accordingly

Conducting regular reporting and analysis

Manage and assist with campaign development and paid advertising execution including but not limited to Facebook and Google advertising.

Develop photography/ videography briefs and assist with onsite content management.

High quality on-brand content production - copy, imagery, reels

Ability to flex to cater for multiple brand tonalities.

Solving problems and focusing on continually improving delivery

Creating and managing positive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

Capabilities

Required Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role

Degree in Marketing; Advertising; PR; Journalism; Design preferred

Established social media management skills

Ability to work quickly, independently and accurately

Strong execution and ideation

Desired Photography, moving image

Longer form copywriting

Qualities Committed work ethic & excellent time management

Highly attuned to the changing landscape of culture, design and art sectors

Keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail

Enthusiastic and ambitious team player

Active contributor to company culture
