In addition, there is a strong emphasis on medical education and due to its accredited teaching hospital status, the hospital also enjoys close links with both the University of Tasmania, as well as the School of Nursing, which is also based here. Offering a full scope of specialist ENT procedures, inpatient and outpatient treatment, this is a varied and interesting role. You will have a multidisciplinary approach to teamworking, as well as a commitment to medical education and teaching, along witha willingness to contribute to and participate in continuous quality improvements for the benefit of the service and for the patient experience. Requirements Applicants should be registered (or eligible for registration) as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and be a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) or equivalent as an overseas trained specialist who has completed their training in either the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA (ABS certified) or New Zealand.
