Robert Walters Sydney NSW Opportunity to join a leading real estate fund manager in a COO role. A leading commercial real estate fund manager with a track record of delivering strong returns is currently recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to their Sydney team. As the firm continues to expand their assets under management, a COO is required to drive the team to drive operational excellence across all facets of the business. The COO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and ensuring the execution of the business objectives. The COO will oversee various operational functions and must posses a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape, coupled with a proven ability to lead teams, implement best practices and drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement operational strategies to support the firms growth objectives * Oversee various day to day administrative and operational business functions * Drive process optimisation and innovation to streamline workflows and enhance productivity * Cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability across the organisation * Implement robust risk management frameworks to mitigate operational, financial and regulatory risks Requirements: * Experience working a similar role within real estate funds * Bachelors degree in business, finance or law * Strong understanding of fund structures, real estate (commercial and industrial), financial markets and regulatory requirements * Excellent leadership and management skills * Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking capabilities * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills This role provides the opportunity to join a growing real estate fund manager in a key role for the business.
