Our Opportunity Lead the development and maintenance of MPA's in-house ERP system using C# and the .NET framework, leveraging advanced technical expertise to drive innovation, ensure code quality, and optimize system performance. Your duties will include but not limited to the following * Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable solutions using C# .NET, Microsoft Azure and Postgres database. * Collaborate closely with small teams to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and ensure seamless integration with third-party services. * Implement user interface components and functionalities using DevExpress controls and Blazor framework. * Integrate third-party services and APIs to extend the functionality of the ERP system, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability. * Optimize the performance and scalability of the ERP system, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies. * Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in software development. * Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. About you * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 10+ years of experience working as a C# .NET Developer, with a strong focus on developing ERP systems or enterprise applications. * Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and Entity Framework. * Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps. * Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. * Experience with DevExpress controls for .NET WinForms, ASP.NET, or Blazor is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and experience with Postgres or similar database systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
