Job Description We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join the team at Elysia Wellness Retreat on a Full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Beauty Therapist to join our welcoming team at our stunning retreat. This opportunity has the potential to move into a part time position for the right person.  Working with highly supportive and professional team your responsibilities include: Complete beauty treatments in a professional manner Assist guests with advice to support their beauty and health regime Utilise your expertise, experience and knowledge to recommend treatments and tailor treatments for guests Share innovative ideas to promote product sales, guest loyalty, and exceptional customer service Willingness to learn about all beauty, body and massage treatments Create a friendly safe environment for guest to enjoy services    Hourly rate: $28.45 + rate allowance = $32 P/H + Super Qualifications You will require the following Qualifications, skills and experience to be successful in this role: A Diploma in Beauty Therapy essential Previous experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage Availability to work an array of shifts, including weekends Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and personalise treatments A passion for the beauty industry and the desire to built a career within this gorgeous resort Relevant working rights within Australia Additional Information Join our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits:   Highly competitive hourly rate 50% discounts on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New Zealand 20% team member's friend and family discount on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New Zealand Additional paid leave including Birthday and Study leave.
