Our diverse services - from salary packaging and fleet management to disability support - aim to enhance your financial wellbeing and empower your aspirations.Through our subsidiaries, we offer a breadth of services and expertise designed to responsibly deliver superior long-term value to our clients and customers, which include Federal and State governments and some of the largest public and private sector, health and charitable organisations.In your 3-month contract (with a view to perm) Program/Project Development Lead role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of projects and programs within MMS while double-hatting as an Agile coach to enhance Agile capabilities across the Digital team x 3 squads.In this dual-focused role, you will lead the ideation & discovery phase of projects and programs, ensuring that they are set up for success from the outset by working with the business to define clear problem/opportunity statements, objectives, scope, and requirements with the goal of arriving at a best-fit solution. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and dependencies, develop strategic plans, and support adherence to TMO governance principles to ensure sufficient funding and successful execution within guardrails.As an Agile coach, you will be responsible for uplifting general Agile capabilities across the Digital team. This will involve providing guidance and support to team members on Agile principles, methodologies, and practices, as well as co-facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with teams to identify areas for improvement, implement Agile best practices, and drive adoption of Agile frameworks to enhance productivity, efficiency, and delivery quality.Responsibilities:Lead the ideation & discovery phase of projects and programs, collaborating with stakeholders to define the problem/opportunity statement, project objectives, scope, and requirements.Conduct thorough analysis and assessment to identify potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for solution optimisation.Develop high-level strategic plans and initial roadmaps to guide project execution and ensure alignment with organisational goals and priorities.Support adherence to TMO governance principles, standards, and processes.
