What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced VP Sales, APAC Region to join our Sales Leadership team.

What you will be doing: As an VP Sales at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales leadership team.

You will report to the CRO directly and be responsible for coaching and development of a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling Semperis software solutions in their respective territories. Emphasis will be placed upon generating net new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) according to company goals established.

Lead a high performing team through effective mentorship and guidance Provide accurate weekly forecasts to senior management while monitoring all metrics to assure the team meets both sales and key selling objectives. Be involved in the team's complex deals to help negotiate and close in a timely manner. Drive overall regional business strategy including analyzing market opportunity, providing insights to the executive team and leading go-to-market planning Leverage strategic partnership and regional relationships to cultivate partner, distributor, channel development throughout the region Motivate and provide guidance to the team focused on increased revenue growth while improving overall performance and effectiveness Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals Build strong internal collaborative relationships with business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams. Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape. What you will bring to the table: Enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast paced, high growth environment Sales leadership specifically in cybersecurity is advantageous Prior proven regional build experience throughout APAC Proven leadership experience of high performing sales teams Understanding of the information security channel network of partners Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients Ability to travel required With teams around the world, you'll be working alongside top global talent in Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management.
