The next step in your career starts here… Reporting to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of the Coates West Business Unit, this is an autonomous role that will enable the successful candidate to make their mark within Coates, with strong ownership of the branch and maintenance network and relationships with fleet supply chain and transport operations. Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the Perth Meto & Southwest region, overseeing the operations at multiple branches, upholding company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance and ensuring ability to grow revenue and profitability in due course. Financial Performance: Mentor and guide the operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets. A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.
