Central Adelaide Local Health NetworkStatewide Clinical Support ServicesSA Pathology, AdelaideSalary OPS-2 $57,842 - $62,221 p.a.Full-time temporary up to 31/12/24 About the role Contribute to the provision of a high quality molecular genetic pathology service by providing a broad range of laboratory based administrative and supportive service activities for the Department of Biochemical Genetics within the Directorate of Genetics & Molecular Pathology at the Women's and Children's Hospital.Ensuring that high level 2nd stage data entry is performed in a timely and accurate manner.Ensuring that blood specimen archiving activities is performed according to required procedure. Ensuring external and internal customer enquiries are dealt with effectively by triaging / transferring and recording (where appropriate) calls to the appropriate sections.Contribute to the efficient running of the service by assisting senior staff with billing, ordering and other administrative duties (including Q-Pulse / Intec monitoring / and Page Up people) as required.
