Possesses an extensive HR background, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and development, with a nuanced understanding of each phase of the talent lifecycle. Finds inspiration in nurturing talent and cultivating their growth and advancement within Future Group. Demonstrates confidence in providing insightful recommendations and taking ownership of decisions and their outcomes. Cultivates meaningful connections across all levels of the organisation, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. Excels as a communicator, adept at tailoring messages to resonate with diverse audiences and adapting to various contexts. Exhibits exceptional organisational and time management skills, adeptly handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in utilising an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline talent management processes and deliver top notch candidate care. Demonstrates a profound commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, aligning with organisational values and integrating these principles into all aspects of talent management and development initiatives. Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are: Proven expertise in learning and development, with a track record of fostering talent growth and professional advancement. Experience in spearheading or actively contributing to initiatives focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, showcasing a commitment to nurturing an inclusive and supportive organisational culture. Experience in utilising HRIS platforms such as Employment Hero and Culture Amp. As the Senior Talent & Development Partner you will: Spearhead talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating closely with leaders to pinpoint staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and devise innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through diverse channels to conducting interviews and skilfully negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates. Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training, access to resources, and a warm welcome into the Future Group culture, setting the stage for long-term success. Take charge of ATS systems and recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy, optimising system functionality, and providing user training to maximise efficiency and effectiveness in talent management. Design and implement dynamic talent development programs aligned with organisational goals and individual career trajectories, empowering employees to reach their full potential and fostering a culture of continuous growth. Lead talent reviews and succession planning sessions, identifying and nurturing future leaders while building robust succession pipelines to ensure organisational resilience and agility. Forge strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable career development resources and opportunities to cultivate talent. Drive key HR projects and initiatives, leveraging your insights and expertise to propel organisational goals forward and elevate the overall employee experience to new heights.
