As the Operations Manager of two market research consultancy firms, Quantum Market Research and Hall & Partners Australia, your role is to take charge of the smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our agencies have best in class practices across all facets of our operations. The role is instrumental in fostering a climate of continual improvement by introducing new processes, governance of process and protocols and ways to ensure high quality outcomes from key operational departments. Your contribution will not only improve business performance but will also drive-up our employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: Create best in class onboarding process for new staff Responsible to lead the process around ISO compliance; support the businesses continued ISO compliance by ensuring project documentation is up to date and correctly managed Identify, create and implement best ways of working across the business: for our consultants and within our internal departments incl. our scripting team and our qualitative recruitment teams Project resource management: resolve project scheduling and resource issues by utilising skills across wider teams or by engaging contractors Managing contractors: ensuring their compliance, ensuring their smooth onboarding, ensuring best in class ways of working with them for our consultants Ensure smooth transition of any operational changes e.g. IT systems and transitions, office location change, offsite About you: Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Business or BA or other related field Ideally an understanding of the market research industry Experience in working in a small-to-medium project-based agency with a solid understanding of business process and operations would be highly beneficial Have experience coordinating projects within the demands of a client servicing business Proven ability to improve company performance through system and process refinement, governance and change management Strong analytical and critical thinking skills , with the ability to understand the links between financial performance and operations data Excellent written and verbal skills , including the ability to manage and promote change About us: Our strength is our diversity and flexibility, we're focussed on solving the difficult problems our clients are facing through collaboration, consultation, and best-in-class data collection techniques.
