Our teams' diverse responsibilities include managing curriculum, overseeing student integrity and implementing disciplinary processes related to general and academic misconduct.The Curriculum Information and Student Integrity Services teams play a pivotal role in managing curriculum portfolios to ensure compliance with standards and upholding academic integrity and student protocols.The Quality Improvement, Compliance, Assurance and Policy teams focus on maintaining academic quality standards ensuring compliance with regulations, shaping education policies, managing international compliance obtaining professional accreditations and enhancing process and data quality to optimise operational efficiency.The RoleAs the Coordinator, Student Integrity Services, you will work closely with the Student Integrity Services team to ensure the continued integrity of our student body, with a specific emphasis on managing cases of academic misconduct. Additionally, you will uphold procedural fairness throughout all integrity and misconduct proceedings. This role gives you the opportunity to provide support and training to various stakeholders as well as leverage insights derived from individual case management and long-term outcome analysis.You will combine your excellent communication skills and understanding of relevant policies and procedures to provide support and advice to students and staff on Student Integrity.What you'll bring to this roleTertiary qualification and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education and training.Experience with a range of information management systems.Knowledge of policies and procedures and statutory requirements as they relate to academic integrity and student discipline.Understanding of the role and purpose of academic integrity in a higher education environment.Ability to identify national or international trends and best practices in an area, analysing implications of these for the institutional practice and recommending change.Please note that successful applicants will be required to undertake a criminal record check in accordance with the University's Employee Background Checks Procedure.Applicants should refer to the Position Description for further details on the work requirements, duties, skills and experience required for this role.
