The role is also diverse allowing you to gain insight across all aspects of Real Estate eg capital works projects, leasing, workplace, sustainability and operational (facility management, fleet etc).Specifically, the Analytics Manager is accountable for leading a team of outsourced service provider finance specialists to manage our premises' operational budget. You will provide business analysis and advice across the real estate premises portfolio to ensure Real Estate is meeting its objectives - to provide cost effective accommodation solutions aligned with the Group's vision, - with particular focus on financial budgeting, forecasting and Data Governance.Initially a 12-month fixed term contract, it is highly likely that this will become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. What you'll do: Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the planning process for Real Estate including 3-year forecast and budget planAssist in the preparation of business case analysis to support investment in identified workplace initiativesArticulate total commitment, P&L impact vs (budget, base case and options) for all major projects/initiatives (strategic and non-strategic)Oversee premises cost allocation model and oversight of Capital Works Budget Financial Performance Management: Ensure the Procurement & Real Estate business strategy and priorities are clearly documentedAssess progress against financial and operational targets and highlight performance opportunities, risks and areas for improvementManage reporting which highlights performance against key performance measures and financial and operational targets.
