Responsibilities Provide engineering support for the production of medical devices manufactured at WCA. This includes sustaining and improvements to production activities, processes and equipment used to produce medical devices.Provide engineering expertise for diagnosis and the repair of various processes, equipment and associated facilities to help achieve reliable operation.Evaluate, manage and support Non-Conformance Records (NCRs), Change Requests (CRs), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and Supplier Change Evaluations (SCEs) related to manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment or products.Implementation of new equipment and processes in order to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment. Perform process validation for manufacturing processes, including authoring protocols and reports and organising tests.
