The CompanyRobert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established company, located in the inner Northern Suburbs, close to the CBD. The business is a government owned Not for Profit entity that supply Health Services to a variety of sectors. The business is currently undertaking a significant expansion of their services which has led to the creation of this role. The RoleReporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this role will be one of two Accounts Payable Officers. The role is temporary role, initially for 6 months. There is a good chance this role will turn into a permanent position in the future. The business offers good working from home flexibility with 2 days WFH each week. Your key duties will include:Processing invoicesPreparing payment runsBank reconciliationsEmployee expensesSupplier queriesEmployee expensesMonth end supportYour ProfileTo be successful you will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function. It's a fun & relaxed office environment so someone who has a great attitude / friendly demeanour would fit well.
