Apply now Job no: 494340 Work type: Permanent Full Time Location: QLD - Brisbane Categories: Fleet Allocation/Coordination Northline are looking for a highly organised individual to join our Fleet team in Redbank as a Fleet Allocator.

You will play a key role in coordinating and optimising our fleet to ensure we deliver on our customer delight, through timely and cost-effective transportation of freight.

As a Fleet Allocator your duties will include: Generate schedules to manage the daily pick-up of freight to / from customers through our new logistics management system Orcoda.Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to optimize fleet performance and productivity.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Northline policies, maintain high standards to safety, quality and customer service.Arrange for deliveries inside and outside of normal schedules.Manage and monitor Drivers' daily runs through GPS tracking.Foster effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to address any operational challenges.To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience using a computerised dispatch system and Microsoft Office suite.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Learning, training and development support - Northline believe in the people we hire.
