Your Impact Your love of payroll, eye for detail, hands on approach and passion for excellence will ensure fulfilment of Service Levels, Business KPI delivery, enhanced business user experience, and driving service improvement across the "Hire-to-Retire" (H2R) process area in partnership with stakeholders across HR Support, Payroll Compliance, HR Business Partnering and Rewards teams, as well as end users of H2R services across all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities Lead, inspire, manage and develop the entire Payroll team to deliver services including time & attendance/ timesheet management, payrun execution, payroll data quality, leave management, superannuation, relevant taxation, relevant 3rd party payment payroll controls, compliance to employee relations legislation & regulations across relevant jurisdictions, employee data retention policies and E2E process improvement in H2R processes.Assist with design and implementation of the Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy and specifically for Payroll ServicesFacilitate implementation of change initiativesAct as Product Owner for Payroll related optimisation programs and initiativesCreate a 'one team' approach while leading a diverse group of in-house team members, outsource partners and contractorsProactively partner with Payroll Compliance, HR Support, HR functional teams and business leaders to ensure Payroll control compliance and deliver high quality outcomesAbout You Proven experience in service delivery management and/or leadership of large, diverse and high performing payroll teams (multi-regional or multi-business unit experience highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomesSolid understanding of business operations specifically in the payroll function.Analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesA strong forward thinking and business mindsetContinuous improvement framework (eg Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable, combined with a love of getting your hands dirty!Demonstrated experience, understanding and application of relevant industry Awards as it relates to payroll, leave management and related HR regulatory requirementsAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
