Senior Associate - Real Estate Brisbane

We currently have an opportunity available for a SeniorAssociate to join our Real Estate practice in Brisbane.

Our Real Estate practice is looking for a Senior Associate whois keen to take their career to the next level, advising onexciting and complex transactions for major owners and developers,investment funds, fund managers, Airports and Hotel owners. Thiswork includes capital transactions, complex leasing, developmentprojects, project management, and transaction structuring.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Real Estate practiceand further develop your legal and commercial skills.

What does the role involve? You will be a key resource for the team and on a day to daybasis you will have the chance to act on and support:

Capital transactions involving acquisitions and disposalsof development sites and built form commercial, industrial andretail assetsMajor property developments and projectsComplex leasing negotiations, including build-to-specagreements for lease and asset repositioning projectsCross-border transactions including with globalclientsThe group's business development activities.About you We value our culture at K&L Gates and are proud of ourfriendly and respectful reputation. To be successful in this role you will ideally have 5-8 yearspost qualification experience at a similar firm and ideally insimilar areas of practice.

You should be practical and proactive in your approach inaddition to demonstrating strong problem solving skills and workwell in a team. A high level of client service is expected as areexcellent organisation, written and oral communication skills.
