Currently seeking an Operations & Sales Support Administrator, this role will see you responsible for working alongside a highly qualified team and within a tight knit, successful real estate agency.

The Role: Marketing duties including social media, email marketing, agent & office marketing Settlement gifts Preparing weekly meeting agendas for sales & property management Sending properties live Compliance Creating pre list & listing presentations Preparation of agent agreements Liaising with solicitors Property marketing Exchanges & settlements The Candidate: Possession of a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous, and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service Team leadership and development of others Ability to adhere to strict deadlines The Benefits: Very generous salary -$80K + dependent on the candidate!
