Job Description Based at the Melbourne Showgrounds, the Marketing Coordinator will join the team to provide a range of marketing support across a fun and diverse program of business activity and events, including the Melbourne Royal Show.

About the opportunity:

We are searching for a talented and professional Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore excellent professional skills are vital for this role.

This role is responsible for coordinating the design, development, and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns for Melbourne Royal Melbourne Royal blue-ribbon competitions and the Melbourne Royal Show. This role supports the Marketing Manager to deliver growth across The Melbourne Royal Show and all Melbourne Royal agricultural competitions, in line with key business KPIs and the annual marketing calendar. The role is a key position within a collaborative and supportive team that is service orientated, and results driven.

The key areas of focus for this position is to assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns for Melbourne Royal, the Melbourne Royal Show and Melbourne Royal blue-ribbon competitions, including:

Meeting with internal stakeholders to formulate detailed and comprehensive campaign and project plans Analysing and recording relevant historical performance data, ticket sales and entries Development of creative and media campaign briefs Engage external agencies and creative partners to brief in marketing collateral, event signage, digital executions and branded assets for relevant campaigns Implement targeted SMS, email and digital retargeting campaigns to optimise contact rates and campaign awareness Assist with the roll-out of sponsor and commercial partner marketing deliverables Desired Skills and Experience We are seeking candidates who have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, a few years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or a production role. Candidates must have a sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight timeframes. Previous experience in account management role would be beneficial.

It is essential that candidates have sound Microsoft Office suite skills and previous experience using a CRM/database would be an advantage.

You will display excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be very tech savvy.
