We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Application Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a HR Application Consultant , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Time Management:
  • Prepare daily timesheets and maintain accurate records of work hours.
  • Create weekly work plans to optimize productivity.
Ticket Management:
  • Handle customer tickets via various channels (calls, chats, and tickets on Freshwork ticketing platform).
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to support ticket Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Documentation:
  • Write clear and concise summaries for each resolved ticket.
  • To collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams for seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Knowledge Sharing:
  • Prepare solution articles to assist clients in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Create training materials for clients and conduct training sessions.
Quality Assurance:
  • Perform internal testing on updated applications.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.

  • Work Hours - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break).
  • Work Location - Near public transport, 5 mins walk from LRT station at Bandar Kinrara.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good communication skills and able to speak, write in English fairly well.
  • Have a positive mindset and willing to learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
