Responsiblity:Collecting andcataloging library resources including books, films, andpublications.Helping people locate referenceand leisure reading materials.Maintaininglibrary records and ensuring they are up todate.Performing regular audits of theinformation and inventory on file.Educatingpatrons on how to properly search for information using the librarydatabases.Managing budgeting, planning, andemployee activities.Overseeing the check-outprocess for books and other resourcematerials.Organizing and hosting book sales,author signings, and other readingevents.Clarifying the use of library amenitiesand providing information about librarypolicies.Ensuring the library meets the needsof precise groups of its users, including postgraduate students anddisabled students.
