Responsibilities - Perform classical andcontemporary pieces on the harp, captivating hotel guests with thebeauty of music. - Collaborate with the hotel and event planners tocreate customized performances that reflect the hotel'sbrand image and cater to guest preferences. - Adapt to differenttypes of events, including weddings corporate functions, and socialgatherings, ensuring that the music aligns with the occasion. -Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure whileperforming, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and enjoy theperformance. - Respond to guest inquiries and special requests,including any special requests for songs or performance styles. -Maintain the harp and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimalperformance. - Stay informed about industry trends anddevelopments, continuously expanding repertoire and exploring newmusical styles. - Act as an ambassador for the hotel, providingexcellent customer service and representing the hotel'svalues in a positive manner. Qualifications - Proven experience asa harpist, demonstrating a high level of proficiency andversatility in playing various genres. - Strong understanding ofmusic theory and technique. - Excellent stage presence and abilityto entertain and engage audiences of all ages. - Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport with guests and colleagues. - Ability to adapt to differentperformance environments and collaborate with other musicians orperformers. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. -Professional appearance and demeanor. - Flexibility to work variousshifts, including evenings and weekends. - Valid harpist license orcertification may be required.
