Our diverse expertise includes Brand Activation, Live Experiences, Exhibitions, and Consumer Outreach Programs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Client Servicing Manager- Event IndustryExperience- 5+ Years Client Servicing:- The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and managing the client services team. The Client Servicing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivering high-quality services to clients.Project Management:- As Account Manager oversee multiple client projects altogether including - Create project timelines as per client requirement, working on budgets, and resource allocation plans with operation and production team. Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary. Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and surpassing client expectationsQualificationsStrong background in Client Services, Client relations, and Customer SatisfactionExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of customer service practices and principlesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fieldExperience in managing teams, preferably in the event management industry with Liquor industry experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteShare your cv at hrbp@vmsevents.com PRB
