A dynamic company culture with a fun and supportive team.Job Summary:The Technical Sourcer will identify, source, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions.Experience : 0 - 3 yearsQualification : Technical Degree/AnyShift Timings : 6.00 pm to 3.00 amLocation : Nagole, HyderabadResponsibilities:Identifies the most effective methods for sourcing and screening candidates.Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes.Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.Required Skills/Abilities:Looking for freshers or experienced who is willing to work in Night shiftExcellent Sourcing SkillsThorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skillsTraining will be provided on sourcing for freshersMust be a quick learner.Responsible for handling requirements from Canada and US based clients.Feel free to connect,ShireeshaA@srastaffing.com PRB
