Job brief  The Senior Social Media Executive will contribute to creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience, thereby increasing BHIVE's visibility across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication: Spearhead the development and optimization of content to ensure clear and consistent communication of BHIVE's brand message, values, and offerings across various social media platforms. Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant online community by actively managing social media channels and creating interactive content that sparks engagement and loyalty among BHIVE's audience. Thought Leadership: Elevate BHIVE's industry presence by producing high-quality long-form content that establishes us as a thought leader, showcasing expertise and insights that resonate with clients and partners. Multimedia Storytelling: Harness the power of video content to captivate audiences and convey BHIVE's mission, values, and success stories in a compelling and immersive manner. Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage innovative approaches to content creation, ensuring BHIVE remains at the forefront of social media innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Conversion Optimization: Craft persuasive content and impactful visuals that drive conversions, turning leads into customers and ultimately increasing BHIVE's revenue. Brand Consistency: Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all social media channels, ensuring that BHIVE's image is cohesive and aligned with our core values and messaging. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and performance tracking tools to gather valuable insights into the effectiveness of different content strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation.  What you'll do (Key deliverables)   >> Content Creation:  Develop engaging and creative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other multimedia formats.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.  >> Video Production:  Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality videos that align with the brand's messaging and goals. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video strategies to enhance content reach.  >> Social Media Management:  Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , etc. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and engagement, responding to comments and messages as needed.  >> Content Posting and Execution:  Oversee the posting and execution of both long form (e.g., articles, whitepapers) and short form (e.g., social media posts, infographics) content. Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to maximize reach and impact. Writing:  Produce compelling and concise written content for various purposes, including website copy, marketing materials, and email campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging. About the Company:BHIVE is a group of Co-working and FinTech companies focused on commercial real estate.
