About the CustomerCompany is a global software company that provides cloud-based capital program software solution and project portfolio management cloud software for large capital infrastructure owners in public and private sector industries.About the RoleDesignation : Inventory ManagerWork Location: BangaloreWork Experience: 6-10 Years of experienceCoordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logisticsMonitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takesKnowledge in doing planograms to change locations depending on businessrequirementSupervise staff members, including preparing weekly rosters andleading staff evaluationsInterview prospective employees and train new staff membersRecord all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regularreportsInventory Reconciliations and MIS ReportsTO / TI reconciliationsReduction in Damages & ExpiriesOverall control of Distribution Centers' InventoriesEnsuring stock checks (weekly & monthly)Perpetual Inventory - All LocationsPreparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reportsPreparation of presentations to provide information to different levels ofmanagement teams and external peopleFraud assessments & reduction across the business functionsStore AuditsCompliance AuditShrinkage, Dump, Damages & Expiries control / reportingReduction in pilferage / shrink levelsLocation wise asset ownership - recording, reconciliation, Periodic verificationTrained and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting, restocking,documentationBackground and RequirementsJob RequirementsCore Inventory Management experience in FMCG or F & VProfessional Knowledge:1 Strong Knowledge on Inventory management & Department Handling in FMCG2 Experience in managing a Warehouse/StoreSkills:1 People Management (ability to manage large teams)2 Strong Communication Skills3 Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills4 Planning & Prioritization SkillsPersonal Attributes1 Customer Focus2 Result & Achievement Orientation3 Enthusiasm & Initiative4 Self confidence5 Bias for Action & SpeedEducation:Essential: Graduate\Post GraduateDesirable: B Com\MBAFunctional Experience:Essential: Retail ManagementDesirable: Experience in process driven organizationsSystem Knowledge:Proficiency in MS-OfficeKnowledge in handling any ERP Modules PRB
