Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:Planning and analytical skills for campaign development and executionManage customer journeys on marketing automation tools like Web Engage & Moengage etc.Responsible for budgeting, cost, and revenue growthUnderstand user funnel and constantly optimize journeys for better conversionCoordinating with other support functions like content, design, product, customer service etc. required to drive the campaigns. Maintaining the repository of templates and updating them with links & imageryMonitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and creating performance reportsCollaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues related to online campaignsRequirements:5-10 years of work experience in campaign managementCross channel campaign management experienceGood analytical skills and active research skillsMandatory experience(Min 3 yrs) on marketing automation tool - Web-Engage or MoengageExcellent knowledge and hands on experience with Excel and other analytical toolsGood command over English and Hindi to make any necessary changes in content ifrequired· Company Profile: Delta tech Gaming Limited (formerly known as Gaussian Networks) has been a frontrunner in India's online gaming industry since 2011.
