Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Director to oversee the educational and administrative operations various NatureNurture schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a vision to cultivate an environment that fosters academic excellence and holistic development in young learners.Key Responsibilities:Educational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational strategies tailored for the formative years. Ensure the curriculum is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the latest educational standards.Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the schools, including staff management, scheduling, and facilities management. Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff. Promote professional development opportunities to enhance teaching efficacy and staff performance.Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community. Be an ambassador for the schools, promoting our values and achievements.Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the educational outcomes and school environment.
