Our technology is designed to be universally interoperable across various vehicle platforms and form factors, making it future-proof, sustainable and highly scalable.With our state-of-the art Smart Batteries and vast network of IoT-enabled Swap Points, EV charging times, high upfront costs and range anxiety are a thing of the past.With collaborations and partnerships spanning the best of the industry's vehicle manufacturers, battery cell technology providers, fleet operators, ride-sharing players and last-mile transport operators, we are proud to be at the forefront of the EV revolution.JOB DESCRIPTIONBattery Build TechnicianROLE DESCRIPTIONThis position is with the Field Operations team of Sun MobilityQUALIFICATIONThe candidate should be Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with 0-2 year's of experience in the EV domainROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESAble to understand work instructions and Battery assembly and testing.Good Knowledge of PCB board assembly and testingKnowledge about Torque, Torque tools, Fixtures, Equipment, and POKAYOKEConduct production, inspection, and test as per work instructions and other procedures.Perform high-precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.Monitor the functioning of all equipment.Ensure all logbooks are maintained according to standard operating procedures.Good electrical and electronics knowledge (EV and battery technology is an added advantage)Adhere to maintenance procedures and avoid any breakdowns and failures.Good 5S Knowledge and be an active member of Kaizen activity.PREFERRED SKILLSThe candidate shall have Basic Skills with tools such as MS Excel & MS Word.The candidate must be proficient with English and Hindi.Freshers with excellent academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
