We are dedicated to fueling innovation and providing cutting-edge solutions across industries.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Assistant at ROADE LABS. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and projects, such as HR management, Employee Performance Evaluation, Employee Hiring and Vendor Liasioning, Employee Satisfaction, maintaining human resources information systems, benefits administration, Policy Formulations, Documentation Compliances and Resource training coordination. This role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business AdministrationKnowledge and understanding of Human Resources principles and practicesExperience with HR management and human resources information systems (HRIS)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentialityStrong organizational and administrative skillsExperience or knowledge in benefits administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAttention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Training coordination experience is a plusMust be able to commute to Kochi and be available onsite.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation of new employees.Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Assist in handling employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.Contribute to the development and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives. Participate in the resolution of employee concerns under the guidance of HR professionalsSupport HR administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files and records.Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.Training and Development:Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions.Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documentation. Assist in creating payroll and leave calculation.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment-related documentation.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.Considered for employment according to the performance in the internship period.
