If you have the requisite skills and experience, we invite you to apply and become a vital member of our dynamic team.Location: BandraWorking model: Onsite workingDays: Monday to Friday + Alternate SaturdaysTimings: 9:30am - 6:30pmBudget: 4-7 LPAExperience: 1-3 yearsRoles & Responsibilities:Craft compelling long-form and short-form scripts for performance ads targeting various platforms, including social media, television, and digital channels.Develop engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials.Conduct thorough industry research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the organic food and farming space.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.Revise and refine scripts and copy based on feedback from internal stakeholders and performance metrics.Requirements & Skills:Experience in scriptwriting for performance ads and copywriting, preferably in an agency or brand setting.Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective scriptwriting and copywriting skills.Passion for the food or farming space, with a genuine interest in sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
