MRPL is committed to building India's most customer-obsessed business with the world's best omnichannel food and grocery experience and all of this on a massive scale.Role Overview and Key Responsibilities: Provide sourcing support as needed (Retail Associates, local rider hiring , local Store Management Team hiring)Ensuring staffing adherence is stores as per operational requirementsRAP Pipeline to be built - database with the colleges, candidates sourced, skilling institutes convertedStore Management Team sourcing pipelineOffroll vendors HM PR/PO/GRN managementPO / GRNs to be done on time for the regionsRenewal of manpower agreements in their regionsTalent movement (CC, DC,F&V DCs - move people between locations)Anchoring SCM talent council with DC managersSuccession planning for critical rolesReview DC/CC people KPIs and take actions with line as necessaryCommunicating and championing HR process changes as neededOnce in a month sessions for communicating changes in key HR processesSupport in store closure / Manpower Reduction - on ground supportSecurity and Housekeeping Vendors management / assessment with lineUniforms, Canteen and Transport managementCompliances - audits at DCsValuesCollaborationCustomer ObsessionFrugalityInnovationGritIntegrityGrowing Talent PRB
