PositionBespoke Jewelry Designer Experience - 2-4yearsLocation - Mumbai1. Scope of the roleCreating and developing Designs for bespoke orders and collections according to the Design calendar & requirements, Proposing design stories and ideas, Research work and Design trend forecasts, attending events organized by the brand team2. Job ProfileUnderstanding the brand's design-aesthetic - help build differentiated product Designs (segment and price-specific range, collections, etc.,)Developing products from CAD to Proto, coordinating with vendorsDeveloping a comprehensive understanding of product trends and customer requirementsUnderstanding customer's requirements and create bespoke designs specific to their needsCoordinate with Vendors/Stores/Factory for development of the products and their smooth deliveryEnsure 100% customer satisfaction and maximization of opportunityEnhancing brand image and create aspiration for the brand Interacting with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Consumer to build relevant products.3. Key DeliverablesCreating and developing Designs for bespoke orders and collections according to the Design calendar & requirementsProposing design stories and ideasResearch work and Design trend forecastsattending events organised by the brand team4. The right personGraduate / Post Graduate from NIFT/NID or relevant Institutes. 2-5 yrs experience minimum in the areas of jewellery Design, Manufacturing & New product developmentPrior experience in customized designing is preferableAble to interact with customers confidently and understand their requirementsAble to travel across boutiques (Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata etc.) on short notice. Able to travel across vendor locations (Mumbai, pantnagar, Jaipur etc.)Innovative: Develop new insights, able to convert market trends into Designs and productsOwnership: Aware of current and future trends in the jewelery market and creating innovative designs with high GC products.Drive for Results: Hands on approach, to be proactive.Interpersonal Effectiveness: Understands the business requirements, has long term perspective, involves and engages others, respects value of individual contribution of various stakeholders including vendor partners.Customer Focus: Able to anticipate customer needs for existing and potential customers.Dealing with Ambiguity: Ability to synthesizing knowledge from various sources, and constantly updates the knowledge base.
