It can be viewed as an expanded and innovative take on traditional IPO roadshows in an engaging show format.OVERVIEW- As a show coordinator for 'The IPO Show' coming soon on JioCinema, you will hold apivotal position in facilitating communication between clients and the production team to ensurethe seamless execution of the show. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, as well as planning, coordinating, and overseeing various aspects of the production process. You will be reporting to the producer of the show. You'll be under the supervision of the show's producer and will be working closely with them.The show falls within the genre of financial entertainment, making it crucial to possess adept formal communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, this role demands a hustler mindset and self-driven attitude.Responsibilities-1) Onboarding Clients-- Supporting the show's producer in identifying and contacting potential clients who meet thecriteria for appearing on the show.- Managing the database to facilitate client outreach.- Conducting research on clients poised for an IPO.2) Pre-Production Preparation-- Attend pre-production meetings to grasp the objectives, themes, and needs of the show.- Work closely with the production team to create and enhance the show's concepts and storylines.- Engage with promoter's team, arrange schedules, and collect required documentation.3) Logistics and Coordination-- Manage the logistical aspects of the shooting schedule, ensuring the availability of all requiredresources.- Aid in arranging travel logistics for participants and crew members.- Collaborate closely with different departments to guarantee seamless production operations.4) On-set Support:- Offer on-set assistance during filming to ensure participants and crew members are comfortableand well-informed throughout the process.- Help coordinate pitches and other pre-production tasks while ensuring adherence to theproduction script.- Facilitate the exchange of information between participants and the production team.5) Post-Production Assistance:- Work together with the post-production team to supply essential materials and information forediting purposes.- Review and offer feedback on rough cuts to ensure alignment with the creative vision of the show's episodes.6) Compliance and Legal:-Ensure adherence to all essential legal and compliance obligations.- Work with legal advisors to address any issues related to contracts, releases, or other legal aspects.-Follow up with the clients regarding the payment release.7) Creative Input:-Offer creative insights to elevate the overall quality and entertainment appeal of the show.- Provide suggestions for segments, challenges, or unexpected elements to maintain the show'sengagement.
