In this role, you will collaborate across functions to steer products from inception to launch, drawing on insights, prioritizing features, and charting the roadmap to ensure a world-class experience for our writers. Ideal for those who excel in ambiguous situations, enjoy collaborative work, and seek a rewarding challenge with significant growth potential.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a roadmap and product strategy by integrating data insights, understanding the user and strategic needsExplore and Prioritize new features by balancing user needs, short and long-term business goals, and technical scalability, while shaping the core user experience vision of the productStrategise growth techniques aimed at boosting the active user base and enhancing user retentionImprove search and discovery experience including personalization, ranking and recommendationOptimise the app and improve the overall reading experienceManage app release, app store and ratings, platform and device compatibilityConcisely communicate sophisticated ideas, drive alignment among leadership and key stakeholdersQualifications:3 to 4 + years of product management experience in a tech software company, with proven expertise in launching impactful products/features from scratchPreferred experience in search and recommendation and executing A/B testingUser-centric approach, with a strong inclination for collaboration with design, insights, and engineering to realize product visions to deliver exceptionally pleasing user experiencesAbility to partner with different functions to ensure that your solutions drive real business impactFirst principles thinking, coupled with analytical acumen, capable of transforming data insights into actionable strategiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsLocation - Bengaluru / Remote PRB
