Position Summary: The General Manager of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of KyoChon Sdn Bhd, ensuring operational excellence across all our stores. This role involves planning, process improvement, team leadership, and close collaboration with other department heads to achieve business goals. The General Manager of Operations is crucial for maintaining operational standards, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure all operations align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Performance Management: Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet quality standards.
  • Supplier and Inventory Management: Oversee supplier relationships and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and address customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of operational improvement and expertise in process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Korean language skills are a bonus.
