Join us in shaping our futureand yours.What You Will DoManager, Technical Product Owner Common Data Layer is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Data & Analytics product line team! We strive to positively impact the trajectory of personal health every day through powerful data and analytics solutions that drive innovation and unlock growth. You will partner closely with multiple Business partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, Data Science and Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to drive innovative data products for end users. This leader will bring extensive data acquisition expertise to manage the team and to build future data & analytics capabilities. A key responsibility will be to implement ingestion pipelines to enable cohesive common data layer, incorporating internal and external data to enable business use cases across functional domains.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Shape and lead a Data & Technology team focused on acquiring and integrating internal & external data within common technology & data architecture.Implement and own common data layer, enabling best-in-class architecture & operational excellence.Provide leadership in the field of Data Operations & technology architecture to bear in service of building next generation data product capabilities that drive business growth.Design, build & maintain reusable data products that minimize TCO and maximize ROI.Inspire change through analytics innovation and thought leadership by anticipating and responding to rapidly changing industry trends, translating relevant insights into solutions that create new value.Work closely with the Business Analytics leaders and Data Scientists to understand needs of the business; clearly articulating the story of value created through customer data & analytics technology.Forge trusted partnerships with external & internal partners and complimentary analytics practitioners.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, applied data sciences or other related fields; advanced degree in related fields preferred.7+ years in IT space specializing in shaping and leading Technology & Solution Architecture, Data Engineering and Data management teams across different geographies and time zones.Demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy & influencing effectively across the organization. Ability to drive & lead people, challenge the status quo in technology & architecture.Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists. Strong business and financial competence.Expert in leading implementation of streamlined data acquisition and data engineering practices.Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS) & cloud-based databases (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift) and various data integration techniques (API, stream, file) using DBT, SQL/PySpark, Python.5+ years implementing integrated data fabric/mesh, with focus on ERP (SAP and non-SAP) data.Expert Agile methodology practitioner; ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs / RATs, experience working in Scrum/Kanban is required.Proven track record leading teams through multiple high-profile projects with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with defined resources.
