Location: AhmedabadEducational Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical, Production, Power, Mechatronics, instrumentation.Desired Experience: 5 - 8 years is a must in Manufacturing, Machine shop floor, Engineering Production & Machine Parts etc. in precision manufacturing in aerospace, defence, Industrial Engineering related industries. Desired Commercial Subject Matter Expertise: Planning skills.Desired Soft Skills: Fluent oral and written English and multi lingual communication skills ability to manage internal departmental team leads and form winning teams. Aware of various planning tools in excel/Oracle/SAP. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the entire team of detailed Engineering development team, Procurement, manufacturing, quality.Issue material indent based on receipt of order for orders with material. Track receipt of Material with Client in case of free issue materialPublish report to all concerned departments as per schedule described by Sr. ManagementResponsible that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, through close coordination with other team members.Preparation of all manufacturing plans and schedules in coordination with the Manufacturing/outsourcing/QA team of the company and the client.Track daily planned schedule and actual achieved and discuss with team on progress.Close coordination with the design engineering team for development activities, manufacturing activities.Close coordination with In-house manufacturing and quality team to meet customer deadlines.Knowledge of precision Machine, CNC Machine, VMC Machine etc.Issue of material requisition with close coordination with engineering to procurement. Work closely with engineering & procurement to closeout various vendor buy out orders.Responsible for final entire Order documentation as contractually agreed.· Develop a detailed manufacturing plan , track progress , report progress , flag the shortfalls· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.· Report and escalate to management as needed.· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
