With 11-12+ years  of experience, you will build strong relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams for enhanced customer satisfaction. Elevate your career in fintech with us!! What will you work on?    Merchant Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.Understand merchants' business needs and provide personalized support. Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to merchants.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet merchants' requirements. Sales and Revenue Generation:Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting new products and services to merchants.Negotiate and close deals to achieve cross-selling targets.Drive PayGlocal's higher share of checkout and protect accounts from churning.Work actively on checkout experience and PayGlocal's right placement and branding. Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and demands in the merchant services industry.Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics. Merchant Connect:Inform merchants on the benefits and features of additional products and services.Provide training and support to ensure merchants fully utilize the offered solutions.
