You will be responsible for primarily managing Microsoft Intune, which is the main requirement for this role. You will also serve as a backup for another L2 staff who handles Microsoft Security & Compliance. In addition, you will be responsible for operating as a liaison with internal and/or external vendor support to perform advanced issue resolution, supporting and maintaining printers/faxes/scanners, assisting with user support for Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange, assisting with PC support, providing support for Azure Cloud. You will also be able to backup the other L1 & L2 staff with your networking and security skillset.To be successful in this role, you should have:A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in IT support or administrationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Security & ComplianceExperience in managing mobile devices and applicationsExperience in managing cloud services such as Entra ID and Windows ADExperience in supporting collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and ExchangeExperience in supporting printers/faxes/scannersExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work on-call as needed during non-business hoursAs a L2 IT Specialist, you will also perform the following tasks:Triage: Help desk resolution and service desk delivery. Support for customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need IT involvement. Attend to customer phone calls. Respond to user emails. Conduct troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed. Collect customer requests and data.Help to formalize/build self-help and user-retrieved information. Provide product information. Solve common problems such as username and password issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup. Filter help desk support calls.User Life-Cycle Management: Account unlocks. Password Reset - VPN, Microsoft 365, AD, etc. Granting access rights. Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365 User Management. Manage distribution lists, Shared mailboxes, and Calendars membership.Remote troubleshooting: Remote troubleshooting of peripherals. Remote Troubleshooting of computer issues like slow computers, cache clearing, etc. Common Outlook errors, Excel not opening.
