We are actively looking for a Product Designer who will make data-driven decisions that translate business goals into simple and elegant user-centric experiences. We're hiring for multiple roles across various initiatives.We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to match the culture of our in-house XD team. As a dedicated member of the team you will be responsible for the customer experience for major strategic initiatives.You willYou're a well rounded product design expert with experience spanning web and mobile. You're obsessed with designing simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users. Responsibilities for the role include:Solve customer problems by synthesizing behavioral information and imagining things as they might be, not as they areDefine the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual designConceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer researchSolicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviewsAdvance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trendsWork on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriatelyCreate a bold vision and propose game changing ideas in areas of ownershipInfluence cross-functional partners to focus efforts on strategic, customer-back innovations that have the largest business impactHelp maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outletsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiencesYou have8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related fieldIdeally a bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field.Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototypingDeep knowledge of design principles and methodsCuriosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business resultsEffective communicator, presenter, and negotiatorMastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative SuiteA comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process PRB
