Job Description:Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika and BLTM is an established leader in trade shows in India, with clients from over 60 countries.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing & Data Associate to join our events company. As a Marketing & Data Associate, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing event-related data as well as marketing analytics to support decision-making, event planning, and marketing efforts.Roles and responsibilities:Collect, clean, and manage event-related data and marketing-related data, including website traffic, email marketing metrics, digital advertising performance, attendee lists, registration data, and surveys.Analyze and interpret event-related data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvementCreate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the event planning and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for event planning, marketing campaigns, and attendee engagementConduct research and gather data on industry trends, competitor events, and emerging technologies to inform event planning and marketing strategiesEnsure that event-related data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulationsSupport the development and implementation of data-driven processes and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of event planning and marketing effortsCreate reports and dashboards to communicate marketing KPIs to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations for marketing campaigns, content creation, and audience targetingQualification:Passion or background in data, marketing, travel and/or events!Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, statistics, business analytics, or marketing1-3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, with a focus on marketing analyticsProficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-orientedExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you are passionate about data and marketing and are looking for a challenging and dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
