Baazi Games is looking for a social media marketing specialist who can combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance our brands' social media presences, including promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, ORM and expanding opportunities for revenue. You will be handling the brand, Pokerbaazi. If you are a person who is creative, strategist, and a go-getter, we would like to speak to you.Job Responsibilitiesand implement social media strategy for Pokerbaazi to align with marketing goals including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.and expand brands' social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, , Twitter, and Instagram.brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with cross-functional teams including advertising, product development, and brand managementnew, innovative, and creative growth strategies for the brands in-charge including paid social media campaigns with objectives of new player acquisition and retention.with industry professionals, celebrities, and influencers, to expand social audiences and support content strategies with objectives of TOMA & new player acquisition.training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.customer data and analyze interactions, plus track social media performance to create comprehensive social media reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaignsand monitor the activity of competitors, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Candidate Requirementexperience on working, monitoring, and improving on different social media performance metrics.and exposure to B2C marketing is a mustbackground preferable though not mandatory.creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.knowledge of social media and ORM analytics toolsVerbal & Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Problem-solving attitude.Prior Experienceof 4+ years in Social Media MarketingDegree in Communications or Marketing PRB
